Mill 95 is an independent, progressive service provider to craft brewers and hop growers. The Mill was inspired by southwest Idaho’s vibrant hop cultivation and culture along Route 95. Founder Jamie Scott acted from conviction that local capability to evaluate, care for and process hops would be valued by growers and brewers alike. Mill 95 offers great hops originating from Idaho, the Pacific Northwest and beyond … supported by expertise, scale and agility directed toward delivering distinctly favorable customer experiences.

BITTERING    Alpha:  14-18% /  Beta:  0.3-0.5%  Oil (ml/100):  1.6-3.5 /  Storage:  Good   Profile:  Floral, herbal/earthy, stone fruit   Substitutes:  Columbus, Zeus, Apollo, Magnum, Nugget   History:  Known for its smooth bittering this hop was released in 2006 by Hopsteiner and is a descendant of Zeus.

BITTERING

Alpha: 14-18% / Beta: 0.3-0.5%
Oil (ml/100): 1.6-3.5 / Storage: Good

Profile: Floral, herbal/earthy, stone fruit

Substitutes: Columbus, Zeus, Apollo, Magnum, Nugget

History: Known for its smooth bittering this hop was released in 2006 by Hopsteiner and is a descendant of Zeus.

BRAVO

DUAL PURPOSE    Alpha:  4.5-11% /  Beta:  3.6-7.5%  Oil (ml/100):  0.8-1.5 /  Storage:  Fair   Profile:  Floral and citrus   Substitutes:  Centennial, Amarillo, Columbus, Ahtanum   History:  Known for its spicy citrus aroma, this popular hop was released in 1972 by Oregon State University and was named after the Cascade Mountain Range.

DUAL PURPOSE

Alpha: 4.5-11% / Beta: 3.6-7.5%
Oil (ml/100): 0.8-1.5 / Storage: Fair

Profile: Floral and citrus

Alpha: 11.5-15% / Beta: 3-4%

Profile: Pine, spice, bitter grapefruit flavor

Oil (ml/100): 1-5 / Storage: Good

Profile: Tropical fruit, citrus, resiny pine, hints of black tea

idaho 7™

DUAL PURPOSE    Alpha:  12-13% /  Beta:  4-5%  Oil (ml/100):  1.6 /  Storage:  Good   Profile:  Tropical fruit, stone fruit, herbal, spicy   History:  Known for its sweet fruit forward style, this found hop from Gooding Farms and named for its state was released in Idaho in 2017.

Oil (ml/100): 1.6 / Storage: Good

Profile: Tropical fruit, stone fruit, herbal, spicy

History: Known for its sweet fruit forward style, this found hop from Gooding Farms and named for its state was released in Idaho in 2017.

BITTERING    Alpha:  14.5-17.5% /  Beta:  4-6.5%  Oil (ml/100):  2.5-3.5 /  Storage:  Poor   Profile:  Spicy, herbal, licorice, curry   Substitutes:  Columbus, Tomahawk®   History:  Known for its hoppy kick and spicy flavor/aroma, this hop is believed to be a descendant of Brewers Gold. It is very similar to Columbus and Tomahawk and sometimes refererred to as CTZ . It was released in Yakima Valley by Hopsteiner
