ELANI US
Elani (YQH-1320) know for its unique origin story, this found hop from Yakima Quality Hops will not disappoint. Its combination of fruit forward aroma and alpha acids make it the sweet spot for brewing.
EROICA US
Known for its bittering, this hop was released in 1982 in Idaho and is a descendant of Brewers Gold and sister to Galena.
EXPERIMENTAL ID-158 PINK HOPS US
ID158, now more commonly known as “Pink”, is a newer hop variety developed by the Jackson Hop independent breeding program of Wilder, Idaho. With distinct aromas of ripe red berries, cotton candy, honey, and some true-to-form Idaho-dankness, Pink has quickly found its place amongst brewers as a new favorite variety, celebrating new flavors outside of the typical tropical spectrum in other aroma varieties. Pink does great in single-hop beers as well as paired with other aroma varieties like Citra, Mosaic, ID7, and Cashmere, and this high alpha aroma hop will lend itself to any hop-forward style of beer. Mill 95 is proud to be one of the first purveyors of Pink and to get to see this hop grow in popularity.
GALAXY AUSTRALIA
Known for it's amazing aromas, this Australian variety thrives in late additions. A descendant of GR Perle, Galaxy boasts the highest percentage of essential oils in the industry.
GALENA (AROMA) US
Galena has fantastic aroma qualities if Picked Perfect for aroma. Historically, Galena has been overlooked for aroma characteristics due to its alpha qualities. However, when picked early, Galena is a very different hop and an amazing economical aroma variety.
GALENA US
Known for its fruity aroma and as an excellent bittering alpha, this hop was released in Idaho in 1968 and is an open pollination descendant of Brewers Gold.
HALLERTAU BLANC GERMANY
Known for its notes of white wine, as it name may suggest, with subtle notes of citrus and fruit. This hop is a descendant of Cascade and one of the first modern varieties to come out of Germany.
HALLERTAU TRADITION GERMANY
Known as the less finicky descendant of Hallertauer Mittlefrüh, this hop has maintained all the greatness of its genes and then some.
HALLERTAUER MAGNUM GERMANY
Known for it's clean bittering attributes, this descendant of Galena is quickly becoming a staple amongst European brewers.
HALLERTAUER MITTELFRÜH GERMANY
Known as the original Nobel variety of Germans famed growing region, the Hallertau. It's aromas and subtle bitterness has made it a staple of many lagers.
HERSBRUCKER GERMANY
Known for its balanced fruity, spicy and floral aromas. This hop makes a great addition to German style lagers.
HÜLL MELON GERMANY
Known for its Cascade derived characteristics. This hop is another one of the showstoppers coming from the Hop Research Center in Hüll, Germany.
IDAHO 7™ US
Known for its juicy tropical yet resiny pine, this experimental hop from Jackson Farms was released in Idaho in 2015.
IDAHO GEM™ BRAND US
Known for its sweet fruit forward style, this found hop from Gooding Farms and named for its state was released in Idaho in 2018.
KOHATU™ NEW ZEALAND
New Zealsnd hop known for its intense Tropical Fruit forward hop that transfers those profiles to the beer
LEMONDROP™ US
Know for encompassing the tartness of fresh lemon as well as the sweetness of the hard candy that is its name sake. This Hopsteiner variety is a descendant of Cascade and also brings to the table a green tea and mint aroma.
MANDARINA BAVARIA GERMANY
Known for its sweets notes of tangerine and citrus, this love child of Cascade, Hallertau Blanc and Hüll Melon has made an impact since its release in 2012.
McKenzie™ US
McKenzie™ hops released by the West Coast Hop Breeding Company out of Oregon. McKenzie™ shows a floral and fruity profile great in West Coast IPS with a floral, lemon, and melon aromas.
