Elani (YQH-1320) know for its unique origin story, this found hop from Yakima Quality Hops will not disappoint. Its combination of fruit forward aroma and alpha acids make it the sweet spot for brewing.

EXPERIMENTAL ID-158 PINK HOPS US

ID158, now more commonly known as “Pink”, is a newer hop variety developed by the Jackson Hop independent breeding program of Wilder, Idaho. With distinct aromas of ripe red berries, cotton candy, honey, and some true-to-form Idaho-dankness, Pink has quickly found its place amongst brewers as a new favorite variety, celebrating new flavors outside of the typical tropical spectrum in other aroma varieties. Pink does great in single-hop beers as well as paired with other aroma varieties like Citra, Mosaic, ID7, and Cashmere, and this high alpha aroma hop will lend itself to any hop-forward style of beer. Mill 95 is proud to be one of the first purveyors of Pink and to get to see this hop grow in popularity.

GALAXY AUSTRALIA

Known for it's amazing aromas, this Australian variety thrives in late additions. A descendant of GR Perle, Galaxy boasts the highest percentage of essential oils in the industry.

Known for its fruity aroma and as an excellent bittering alpha, this hop was released in Idaho in 1968 and is an open pollination descendant of Brewers Gold.

HALLERTAU BLANC GERMANY

Known for its notes of white wine, as it name may suggest, with subtle notes of citrus and fruit. This hop is a descendant of Cascade and one of the first modern varieties to come out of Germany.

HALLERTAUER MITTELFRÜH GERMANY

Known as the original Nobel variety of Germans famed growing region, the Hallertau. It's aromas and subtle bitterness has made it a staple of many lagers.
