Originally bred as a replacement for Hallertau Mittelfrüh. With low alpha acids and low cohumulone, it exhibits a pleasant aroma with a balanced, fruity, spicy and floral character. It has commonly been used in German lagers, however this variety is now making its way into some fine English cask ales
Known for its subtle fruity and spicy notes amongst punchy citrus aromas. This hop is another less finicky descendant of Hallertauer Mittlefrüh that is well suited for Belgium Whites, German Lagers and Pilsners.
