WCHB EXP 102

Another Exciting Hop from West Coast Hop Breeders. WCHB-102 has a clean, sweet citrus-forward profile with a high aroma impact of apple and pear and hints of lime zest, melon and pine resin. WCHB-102 lends beers an incredible breadth and depth of hop character. This hop can stand alone or be paired up to increase the layered, rich range.

USDA Hop formerly known as "074". Vista is known for having flavor profiles of honey dew, papaya, and white peach.

Known for its roots in the southwest growing region of Germany, Tettnang. It has a notable yet soft spice, with a mellow floral and herbal aroma.

TAHOMA US

Known for it's subtle, yet delightful lemon citrus aroma. This hop is a descendant of Glacier but with a higher alpha content and complimentary orange and spice aromas.

TAHIEKE™ (NZ CASCADE) NEW ZEALAND

Formerly known as NZ Cascade. This dual purpose hop has prominent citrus notes that make it almost tropical.

SUMMIT ™ US

Known for it's diverse linage. This hops a combination of Nugget, Zeus, and Lexus. The combination of the three creates hop with bold citrus aromas of tangerine, grapefruit and orange.

STRATA® US

Known as the first variety to come from the Indie Hop breeding program. This hop is the result of open pollination of Perle in an Oregon hop yard.

SONNET US

Known for its Saaz and Styrian Golding characteristics. This new, Oregon-grown hop has low acids and makes a nice aroma hop.

SIMCOE® HOPS US

Known for being "Cascade on steroids," this high alpha dual-purpose variety makes for a nice foundational bittering hop, while still providing loads of value as an aroma hop on the cold side. It can be described as fruity and earthy, combining notes of berry, grapefruit, and apricot, with pronounced aromas of pine and resin. Simcoe can find a place in most hoppy-style beers, both as a bittering hop and as a late addition, and is a staple hop in some of the most revered West Coast IPAs.

SAPHIR GERMANY

Known for its subtle fruity and spicy notes amongst punchy citrus aromas. This hop is another less finicky descendant of Hallertauer Mittlefrüh that is well suited for Belgium Whites, German Lagers and Pilsners.

SAAZ HOPS US

Known for being one of the four original noble hops, Saaz (or Czech Saaz) originated in Bohemia and has been a staple to brewers for over 700 years. With its low alpha acid content, Saaz is undeniably an aroma hop and is the defining flavor in Czech-style pilsners. This hop has pleasantly mild notes of sweet bread, and both woody and floral aromatics.
