Known for its bittering, this hop was released in 1982 in Idaho and is a descendant of Brewers Gold and sister to Galena.
EXPERIMENTAL ID-158 PINK HOPS US
ID158, now more commonly known as “Pink”, is a newer hop variety developed by the Jackson Hop independent breeding program of Wilder, Idaho. With distinct aromas of ripe red berries, cotton candy, honey, and some true-to-form Idaho-dankness, Pink has quickly found its place amongst brewers as a new favorite variety, celebrating new flavors outside of the typical tropical spectrum in other aroma varieties. Pink does great in single-hop beers as well as paired with other aroma varieties like Citra, Mosaic, ID7, and Cashmere, and this high alpha aroma hop will lend itself to any hop-forward style of beer. Mill 95 is proud to be one of the first purveyors of Pink and to get to see this hop grow in popularity.
GALENA (AROMA) US
Galena has fantastic aroma qualities if Picked Perfect for aroma. Historically, Galena has been overlooked for aroma characteristics due to its alpha qualities. However, when picked early, Galena is a very different hop and an amazing economical aroma variety.

Known for its fruity aroma and as an excellent bittering alpha, this hop was released in Idaho in 1968 and is an open pollination descendant of Brewers Gold.

Known for it's clean bittering attributes, this descendant of Galena is quickly becoming a staple amongst European brewers.

Known for its juicy tropical yet resiny pine, this experimental hop from Jackson Farms was released in Idaho in 2015.
IDAHO GEM™ BRAND US
Known for its sweet fruit forward style, this found hop from Gooding Farms and named for its state was released in Idaho in 2018.
LEMONDROP™ US
Know for encompassing the tartness of fresh lemon as well as the sweetness of the hard candy that is its name sake. This Hopsteiner variety is a descendant of Cascade and also brings to the table a green tea and mint aroma.
McKenzie™ US
McKenzie™ hops released by the West Coast Hop Breeding Company out of Oregon. McKenzie™ shows a floral and fruity profile great in West Coast IPS with a floral, lemon, and melon aromas.
MOSAIC® US
Since this hop’s release in 2012, it’s become unmistakably one of the most popular hop varieties for brewers and beer drinkers across the world. With intense aromas of mango, pine, tangerine, and lime, this dual-purpose hop has become a workhorse variety on all sides of the brew and elevates any style of beer its used in. Mosaic is the first daughter of Simcoe and Nugget and showcases that lineage through its versatility in the brewing process as both a viable aroma and bittering option.
MT. RAINIER US
Known for its noble-like characteristics, this hop is the the product of a collaboration between the USDA and Oregon State University breeding programs. A descended of Magnum, its German roots shine through with its Hallertau-like aromas.
NUGGET US
Known for it's super alpha acid content, Nuggets complimentary low beta make it an excellent bittering hop.
PEKKO® US
Known for its high alpha acids and interesting flavor mix. This dual purpose American Dwarf Hop Association breed is as unique as it is versatile.
SAAZ HOPS US
Known for being one of the four original noble hops, Saaz (or Czech Saaz) originated in Bohemia and has been a staple to brewers for over 700 years. With its low alpha acid content, Saaz is undeniably an aroma hop and is the defining flavor in Czech-style pilsners. This hop has pleasantly mild notes of sweet bread, and both woody and floral aromatics.
SABRO™ US
Known for its intense fruity and citrus flavors, this new release from the Hop Breeding Company is the product of the cross pollination of a Neomexicanas female.
SIMCOE® HOPS US
Known for being "Cascade on steroids," this high alpha dual-purpose variety makes for a nice foundational bittering hop, while still providing loads of value as an aroma hop on the cold side. It can be described as fruity and earthy, combining notes of berry, grapefruit, and apricot, with pronounced aromas of pine and resin. Simcoe can find a place in most hoppy-style beers, both as a bittering hop and as a late addition, and is a staple hop in some of the most revered West Coast IPAs.
SONNET US
Known for its Saaz and Styrian Golding characteristics. This new, Oregon-grown hop has low acids and makes a nice aroma hop.
STRATA® US
Known as the first variety to come from the Indie Hop breeding program. This hop is the result of open pollination of Perle in an Oregon hop yard.
SUMMIT ™ US
Known for it's diverse linage. This hops a combination of Nugget, Zeus, and Lexus. The combination of the three creates hop with bold citrus aromas of tangerine, grapefruit and orange.
