Mill 95 partnered with Yee-Haw Brewing to put our Virgin Hop Oil to the test in a real-world production environment. By comparing a traditional T-90 dry hop regimen against an oil-dosed batch of the same Hazy IPA, the trial evaluated flavor, aroma, yield, and cellar efficiency. The results showed nearly identical sensory characteristics, reduced processing time, and a 7% increase in yield, demonstrating how hop oil can help breweries improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.
